  1. Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn is not a support forum. If you require assistance please raise a ticket or contact our support team directly. If it's urgent, feel free to escalate the problem on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn and the marketing team will help to get the problem seen to - office hours only (9am-5pm).
  2. Negative comments or complaints will not always be deleted but UK2.net reserve the right to delete these at any time.
  3. Should you wish to repeatedly post negative comments, even after your comment has been responded too, UK2.net will delete these comments immediately.
  4. UK2.net will not tolerate any slanderous comments or malicious abuse by any member of the UK2.net fan page or its followers.

  7. With reference to all competitions on Facebook: UK2.net is responsible for picking the winners. Judges decision is final and all competitions correspond with the relevant terms and conditions pertaining to that competition.
  8. Facebook Friday offers will be displayed on the Friday of every week between 9am & 5PM.
  9. Twitter Tuesday offers will be displayed on the Tuesday of every week between 9am & 5PM.
  10. UK2.net reserves the right to deal with Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn queries during office hours only which are 9am to 5:30pm.
