If it's urgent, feel free to escalate the problem on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn and the marketing team will help to get the problem seen to - office hours only (9am-5pm).
- Negative comments or complaints will not always be deleted but UK2.net reserve the right to delete these at any time.
- Should you wish to repeatedly post negative comments, even after your comment has been responded too, UK2.net will delete these comments immediately.
- UK2.net will not tolerate any slanderous comments or malicious abuse by any member of the UK2.net fan page or its followers.
