Billing Phone Hours Update

Just a quick update on the UK2 Billing hours…..

Since we have implement phone support we have introduced various phone time hours within the Billing Department of our Call Centre.  We are now happy to announce, that after a couple of test periods, the best time for the Billing Department to operate successfully,  will be between normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 9h00am to 5h00pm. You can contact us any time during the times stipulated above OR alternatively you can raise a ticket via our support site: http://support.uk2.net/ .  All ticket queries are handled between the hours of Monday to Friday, 9h00 am to 5h30 pm.

If however you have already raised a ticket and you have not yet received a reply, please do not hesitate to contact us on: 0845 276 8020. (http://support.uk2.net/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=124&nav=0) On calling, please quote your ticket number and a Billing Representative will be happy to assist you.
