The UK2 Sales and Billing departments will be closed on Christmas and Boxing Day – the 25th and 26th respectively – and on New Years day – 1st January 2013 . The sales and billing teams will be available until 1pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Technical Support will continue to be available 24 hours a day via phone and our ticket system.VPS, Dedicated Server and Reseller Support will all be available 24 hours a day on our ticket system.
We will resume normal hours on Wednesday the 2nd of January.
