We are pleased to announce that our US office is moving to a newer, bigger and shinier location. This is the culmination of a lot of hard work by our American cousins.
As a result of this, there will be a temporary downtime to all US-based phone services while the phone system is migrated to the new location. This will begin today, November 1st, at 10am MDT, or 4pm GMT, and will last up to 12 hours.
This will affect all technical and reseller support calls for current customers of UK2. If you have a query in the meantime you can use our live chat support or raise a ticket. Phone numbers for billing and sales will be unaffected by this downtime.
