Reduced Support Staff

Hi everyone,
As you may have heard, the south east of England has been hit with quite adverse weather conditions, which have seriously affected transport in and around London.

Unfortunately this means we are operating with fewer support staff than normal, as employees have been unable to get into the office because of suspended tubes, trains and buses.

Please bear with us at this time. 

If we could ask for all non urgent support requests to be submitted as a ticket, and flagged accordingly, then that will help us to prioritise the urgent enquiries and efficiently make our way through all of your requests.
