I would love to share your glowing terms, but unfortunately I can’t. For the last two weeks, since a supposed “upgrade” to servers, around about 50% of e-mails which are supposed to be redirected by UK2 are being “bounced”. Despite an “Emergency” rated complaint to the Tech Team, there has been no coherent response or improvement in service for two weeks, and we are being forced to use other e-mail hosts to keep out business communications running. It is a far cry from the standards of customer service you promise – and once used to deliver!
