Supreme Support login changes

For those dedicated server customers taking advantage of Supreme Support, our fully managed server support option, we’ve made some changes to how you log in to our VIP support area.

These changes were announced to all current Supreme Support customers last week via email, and took effect today.

You now need to log in to the Supreme Support VIP support area using your UK2 server number and password. (Previously, customers logged in using their email address, which may or may not have corresponded with their UK2 account).

These changes were required so that our engineers could quickly get an overview of your server and UK2 account to help provide you with better support, to help deal with your critical queries even more quickly.

Your server number would have been given to you in a welcome email when your server was set up, and included in communications relating to your server since then.

If you have misplaced your password please go to our lost password page, or go the the UK2 homepage and click on “Customer login” and then the “forgot your password?” link.

Please note: any tickets you raised using your old login details will not be migrated across unless specifically requested.
