
Very soon UK2 will be opening our Christmas presents and sitting down to roast turkey with all the trimmings! We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from everyone at UK2.
The UK2 call centre will be closed on the following days during the Christmas holiday:
Christmas Day - Thursday 25th December
Boxing Day - Friday 26th December
New Year’s Day - Thursday 1st January
The UK2 Sales Department will be closed for the Christmas holiday from Wednesday 24th December to Sunday 4th January inclusive.
But don’t forget, tickets can still be submitted at all times via our online ticket system.

So you advertise that “we offer free e-mail support answered 24 / 7 / 365.” but all that actually means is an automated email response which might as well be an Out of Office message.

UK2 prides itself on offering a number of support solutions, to suit all customers.
We offer telephone support for Billing, Sales and Technical Support, live chat support for Sales and Technical queries and ticket support for Billing, Sales and Technical questions.
The telephone support covers the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 for Billing and Sales and 09:00 - 19:00 for Technical Support.
Ticket support however is covered 24/7 for Technical questions. We do have an automated message that is sent to all customers when they submit a ticket, this is there to inform the customers that their ticket has reached us and that we will look into the question shortly. Taking that response out of the equation, our average response time for tickets submitted into the Technical support queue has been under one hour since November 2008.
This includes the Christmas period where we only closed telephone support for a few days, as we wanted as many of our staff as possible to spend the festive period with family and friends.
