Find out how NPS helps our company and how three lucky clients each won £100 for participating in a two-question survey.

During the month of October, we gave our clients the opportunity to help us out by completing a two-question survey. The first question asked was, “How likely is it that you would recommend to a friend or colleague?” The second question was dependent on the first answer. If the client responded with an 8 or higher, the follow up question was, “What does do really well?” If the client answered with a 7 or below on the first question, the follow up question was, “What changes could make for a better web hosting experience?”

The survey was sent to our clients via email and was designed to help us see how we are performing as a company. This is a great way for us to see what we’re doing well and what we can improve. You can read more about the methodology behind our client survey here.

We appreciate this positive feedback and use it to stay consistent in the areas that we’re doing well. We also occasionally receive suggestions and examples of how we can improve. We value this constructive criticism and take it into account as we move forward in development.
