Managed Setup Service
The Managed Setup Service (MSS) product includes 1 hour of a UK2.NET service engineer's time. Only time that is spent working on the setup of the customer product or service is timed.
Service implementation time frame is dependant on which product is purchased. Period starts from the time that the purchase is made and payment is accepted by UK2.NET.
- Standard service. Completion within 72 hours
- Express service. Completion within 24 hours
- Payment gateway service. Completion within 72 hours
- Express payment service. Completion within 24 hours
MSS product can be upgraded to expedite the product delivery. Weekends are not included in the completion timeframe.
The Managed Setup Service (MSS) product includes the following service elements:
- Full site(s) migration from hosts that use cPanel as their control panel
- Full Reseller account migration from hosts that use WHM/cPanel as their control panel
- Setup of domain names in the UK2.NET cPanel control panel
- Setup of POP and IMAP accounts
- Setup of MySQL databases on the UK2.NET servers
- Setup of the RV Site builder tool to a point where a customer is able to add content to their website using the RV Site builder tool
- Setup and installation of UK2.NET SSL certificates
- Setup to enable a customer to access their web files via FTP
- Setup and install any of the applications available through the Fantastico Deluxe 1-click installer
- Setup of cron jobs. UK2.NET will only configure the cron job itself and cannot assist with the configuration of customer scripts
- Setup backups using the UK2.NET cPanel Backup Wizard
- Setup site redirects
- Setup DNS records as per customer specification
- Enable Webalizer or AWStats on the customer website
Not covered by the MSS product:
- Creative design, layout, content upload of customer website
- Installation or setup of customer custom applications or scripts
- Modification or development of customer custom scripts or programs
- Management of customer files
