Refund Policy
UK2 operate a 30 Day Risk Free Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your UK2 Web Hosting package, UK2 E-commerce package or UK2 Dedicated Server, you have the right to a full refund (excluding any Set Up Fees, Domain Name Registration Fees and / or Overages).
To claim your refund, please raise a ticket here within the first 30 days of your contract.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your ticket. We issue refunds by BACS and WorldPay.
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact our Billing Team. You can call on 0845 276 8020 between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (calls charged at 4p per minute) or you can submit a ticket at all times here.
Please note:
Set Up Fees can only be refunded in the following circumstances:
- For Dedicated Servers prior to the server being built
- For Web Hosting packages prior to activation of the account, or if the Domain Name requested could not be registered.
Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other UK2 services.
MoreUK2 is excluded from the refund policy.
Reseller+ is excluded from this policy after the first actual payment is taken
Auto Renewal of UK2 services is also excluded from this policy. Please refer to the UK2 Auto Renewal Policy for further details.
Under no circumstances will UK2 allow a transfer of funds between accounts.
Refunds will not be given if any other UK2 Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened.
