The UK2 Service Heartbeat

Hi all,

Today we’ve launched a new service for our customers, which will keep you up to date with upgrades or any other issues that might affect the service we provide to you.

It is a status blog called The UK2 Service Heartbeat.

Our aim is to keep this status blog as close to real time as possible – ideally with updates within 15 minutes. It will operate 24 / 7 to let you know of any issues.

Why not take a look here, and bookmark it just in case you need it at some point. There are no issues today, but keep checking back and before contacting our support team.

We are also offering a status update email facility, sign up here to be emailed automatically if the status blog is updated.
