In this guide we go through the steps to setup your email address onto your Apple mobile phone, Tablet or IOS device using Outlook. This guide is designed to assist you setup a mail client to access an email address. A mail client lets you access your email account from an app on your computer or mobile device, for example Outlook. 

 

1: Open the 'Outlook' app on your iPhone and click 'Add Account' button.

2: Enter your full email address like testing@our-test-domain1234.net into 'Email Address' box and click 'Add Account' button.

3: Enter your email details like below : 

These are the information you need: 

IMAP Incoming Email Server 

SMTP Outgoing Email Server 

Click ‘Sign In’ button 

5:  Click ‘Next’ button. 

 

6: Click ‘Accept’ button. 

 
7: Click 'Continue to Outlook' button.
