How to update current StackCP Email addresses on Apple iPhone and iOS devices using Outlook
In this guide we go through the steps to update your current email address onto your Apple mobile phone, Tablet or IOS device using Outlook. This guide is designed to assist you modify a mail client to access an email address. A mail client lets you access your email account from an app on your computer or mobile device, for example Outlook.
1: Open the 'Outlook' app on your phone. And click your profile picture/icon next to Inbox (In this example its TE icon)
2: Click on the gear icon (settings) at the bottom
3: Click Accounts
4: Select the account you want to modify (We are selecting IMAP - Test Email Description in this example):
4: Enter your email details like below :
These are the information you need:
IMAP Incoming Email Server
IMAP Hostname: imap.stackmail.com
IMAP Port: 993
Port Security: SSL
IMAP Username: Your full email address, for example testing123@our-test-domain1234.net
IMAP Password: Your email password
SMTP Outgoing Email Server
SMTP Hostname: smtp.stackmail.com
SMTP Port: 465
Port Security: SSL
SMTP Username : Your full email address, for example testing123@our-test-domain1234.net
SMTP Password: Your email password
Click ‘Sign In’ button
5: Click ‘Next’ button.
6: Click ‘Accept’ button.
7: Click ’Maybe Later’ button. This will finish the creation of the account.
