Step-by-step Instructions:

1. Login to your CHI account here - https:chi.uk2.net 
   
2. Select Email Hosting from the left hand menu
   
   
   
   
3. On the next page, click Manage next to the domain you wish to increase the mailbox storage on
   
4. Click Manage next to the specific mailbox you wish to add quota to
   
   
   
   
5. Then click Add Storage on the drop down. Here you can select how much extra quota to add and this will also give a yearly quote for the cost
   
   
   
   
6. Click Buy and this will redirect to the Checkout where you can pay for the quota
   
7. Once the order is processed the mailbox should get updated automatically with this new quota
