This article will help UK2.NET clients deactivate the SMS message notifications they receive at the time of their service renewals. By opting out of the SMS message you will no longer receive renewal text messages from UK2.NET.
Step 1: Navigate To The Account Section Of CHI.
Log into CHI at https://chi.uk2.net with your username and password.
Click on the “Account” section from the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Turn Off The SMS Message Reminders
3. Click on the “Personal Details” link found on the menu at the top of your screen.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the box next to “SMS Renewal Reminder Opt Out”.
You should no longer receive renewal text messages. If you have any questions please contact our team by submitting a ticket in the Support section of your CHI account.
