Today we’ve launched a new service for our customers, which will keep you up to date with upgrades or any other issues that might affect the service we provide to you.
It is a status blog called The UK2 Service Heartbeat.
Our aim is to keep this status blog as close to real time as possible – ideally with updates within 15 minutes. It will operate 24 / 7 to let you know of any issues.
Why not take a look here, and bookmark it just in case you need it at some point. There are no issues today, but keep checking back and before contacting our support team.
