This page will explain the Account Details under the Account section of your CHI

To access your Account Details:

Log in to your CHI account at https://chi.uk2.net/

Click on the Account button on the bar on the left side of the page.

Click the Personal Details tab at the top of the page.

Here you can view and edit the details for your account. This includes editing options for:

•      Customer ID
•      Your Name
•      CHI Username
•      Address
•      City
•      Postcode
•      Country
•      County
•      Email Address
•      Telephone
•      Mobile

After editing any of these options click the Update button at the bottom of the page.

• When editing the Username take note that this will change the username that you will use when logging into chi.uk2.net from now on.
• If you need to change your chi.uk2.net password  you can link to the necessary pages from the Account Details page.
