This article was created to help clients access their cPanel accounts through their CHI dashboards.

UK2 clients have the ability to access their cPanel accounts by logging into their CHI account and following the instructions below.

After logging into your CHI account by entering your username and password, click on the “Shared Hosting” tab located on the left hand side of your screen.

Once have accessed the Shared Hosting page, click on the domain you wish to access cPanel for. By clicking the domain you will be automatically taken to a page where you can view your FTP/SSH details.

Within this page you will be able to see blue text links leading to other options. Click the blue cPanel link at the top of your screen and you will automatically be redirected.

If your domain is already pointed to UK2, you can also access your cPanel login page by simply typing /cpanel after your domain name in your web browser. For example, “”.

If you have trouble logging into your cPanel, please make sure you are using the correct username and password. If you need to change your password you can go back to the main page as seen above.

Your cPanel username will be the same as your FTP and SSH username. You can also use the “Change Password” button here to change your cPanel password if needed.

When you click “Change Password” it will also ask you if you want to change your MySQL password, please say no to this question as it may create issues within your site.
