Fake emails claiming to be faxes from UK2

We have been notified that there are spam emails going out claiming to be a ‘fax’ from UK2. The emails contain a zip file with an .exe file inside, which contains malware.

If you receive one of these emails please delete it immediately and under no circumstances download the zip file. If you are ever unsure about any correspondence from UK2 you should verify it by contacting the billing team on 0845 276 8020.
