How to create an Email Account in cPanel


In this section, we will be detailing how to create an email account through your cPanel. If you do not have a reseller account, your email will not be located within your cPanel. In this case, you will be able to create email accounts from within your UK2 CHI account by following this article: https://support.uk2.net/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-create-a-new-email-account-within-chi

You will need to change all references of yourdomain.co.uk to your domain name.


How to create an Email Account:

  1. Login to your cPanel account

  2. Click "Email Accounts" from within the "Mail" section of your cPanel account



  3. Click the "Create" button.



  4. Input your desired email address and password into the appropriate boxes. Clicking "Edit Settings" will allow the mailbox quota to be set. Once done click "Create Account"



  5. If the email was created correctly you will see a confirmation page.

You have now successfully created an email account in your cPanel.
