How to create an Email Account within CHI

This article will assist you when creating an email account for a domain registered with If your domain is not registered with, please ensure you are pointed to the CHI Nameservers and/or your MX record is using the correct DNS. 

Step 1: Log into your account at

Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Domains’ section located on the left hand side of your CHI Dashboard.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Email’ link at the top of your page as shown below.

Step 4: section select “Add A New Email”

Step 5: Enter your email, password, and confirm your password in the box provided, then select “Save”

You have now created your first email account linked to your domain. This email will be displayed inside the Email section within your CHI account. You may “Delete” or “Edit” this mailbox password as you require.
