How To View All Tickets in CHI

Go to start of metadata

You can view all of your support tickets within CHI at chi.uk2.net. Once you have logged into CHI, click the ‘Support’ tab on the left hand side of your screen.

From this page, click on the tab entitled ‘View All Tickets’. This will show you a list of all your tickets on the left hand side of your screen.

You can select tickets that you would like to view or reply to from here.


To reopen any ticket, you can just send us a reply. If you need to contact us for another reason, please consider opening a new ticket.
