Website Builder Quick Start Guide

Before your Website Builder site can go live, two DNS records need to be in place: two A record's and a CNAME record. Where you set these up depends on where your domain is registered.

If your domain is registered with us

You can add the below records to your DNS zone by accessing https://chi.uk2.net and following this guide - https://www.uk2.net/knowledgebase/article/how-to-edit-dns-via-chi/

A record

FieldValue
Name / Host / Aliasyourdomain.com (e.g. tsuk2.com) or @ (some providers use @ to represent the root domain)
Destination / Content / Value213.155.0.147

FieldValue
Name / Host / Aliasyourdomain.com (e.g. tsuk2.com) or @ (some providers use @ to represent the root domain)
Destination / Content / Value213.155.0.146

Note: Remove any duplicate or conflicting A records for the root domain first.

CNAME record

FieldValue
Name / Host / Aliaswww.yourdomain.com (e.g. www.tsuk2.com)
Destination / Content / Valueyourdomain.com (e.g. tsuk2.com)

If your domain is registered elsewhere

Your domain isn't held with us, so you'll need to update these records through your domain registrar or DNS provider (e.g. GoDaddy, 123 Reg, Cloudflare) instead. The values are the same.

DNS propagation

Changes can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 48 hours to take effect, depending on your provider and existing record TTLs.
