Tickets are a great option for contacting our technical support team. There is a way to view all your open tickets in a single screen through the support section inside of CHI, at chi.uk2.net.
Once you have logged into CHI with your username and password, you can click the ‘Support’ icon from the left hand menu to be taken to the open tickets screen. .
This page allows you to view all of your open tickets on one convenient screen.
Here you can view a list of the tickets you have that are open, as well as the time and date when the last message was sent in regards to that issue
